How a booking moves

    A host or planner sends a request with the date, guest count and notes.

    You accept, or decline if you can't do it.

    Confirmed
    The host confirms. Details can be locked so nothing changes by accident.

    Completed
    After the event you mark your part complete and the host closes it out.

If something goes wrong, such as a late arrival or a no-show, it's recorded as an incident, so problems get resolved and good vendors stand out.
