Acceptable Use Policy

Messaging

• Only invite people connected to your event, and only market to people who agreed to hear from you.
• No purchased, rented or scraped contact lists.
• Identify yourself or your organization clearly. Don't hide who a message is from.
• Don't try to get around unsubscribes, STOP replies, suppression, rate limits or content scanning.
• Political and civic messages must follow the laws that apply to you, including consent and disclosure rules.

Content

• No harassment, threats, hate speech or content that sexualizes minors.
• No malware, phishing, deceptive links or links to domains you haven't allowed in your sender settings.
• No events or content that are illegal where they take place or where recipients are.
• Don't impersonate a person, business or venue, or claim a listing that isn't yours.

The platform

• No scraping, bulk harvesting of vendor listings, or automated access without our written consent.
• No probing, overloading or attacking the Service. Report security issues to support@softtelrg.com.
• Vendors: keep your profile, availability and verification honest.

What happens if these rules are broken

Depending on severity, we may hold or cancel a campaign, remove content, suspend messaging, or suspend or close an account. Unused message credits on accounts closed for abuse may be forfeited where the law allows. Report problems through the contact page.
