Found on Google or PinchHitterPool, or typed in by you. We write the order; you send it from your own email, and the restaurant replies to you directly.
Who you pay
- You pay the cook or restaurant directly for food and delivery.
- EventHubQ takes no commission or fee on food orders: we don't handle payments.
- Your first order needs no EventHubQ plan; after that, ordering comes with a Host or Planner plan.

- What happens after I send an order to a kitchen listed on EventHubQ?
- The kitchen accepts or declines. Once they accept, you both see each other's contact details, and at the hand-over you both confirm the food was picked up or delivered.
- Can I order from a restaurant that isn't on EventHubQ?
- Yes. Pick one from Google or PinchHitterPool, or type it in. EventHubQ writes the order for you and you send it by your own email; the restaurant replies to you directly.
- Does EventHubQ deliver?
- No. You pick the food up, or the cook delivers it themselves when they offer delivery.
