How it works
- 1Verify once on PinchHitterPoolBusinesses verify with their Google Business Profile. Independent pros verify with checks like ID and phone. It takes a few minutes.
- 2Turn on “List us on EventHubQ”One switch on PinchHitterPool. You choose to be listed, and you can turn it off any time.
- 3Hosts and planners find youWhen they look for vendors near their event, they see you marked Verified by PinchHitterPool.
- 4They add you and book you on EventHubQDates, prices and the details for the day live on the event, so everyone knows where things stand.
Verified once
PinchHitterPool checks who you are. EventHubQ shows the badge, so you never verify twice.
No commission
EventHubQ never takes a cut and never handles money between a host and a vendor. You're paid directly.
Booked on the event
Hosts and planners add you to their event's Vendors tab and track the booking there.
Your details stay yours
Hosts see your phone or email only if you share it on PinchHitterPool. Independent pros are shown by first name and last initial.

Verify on PinchHitterPoolVendor profiles marked Verified by PinchHitterPool come from our sister service PinchHitterPool (SoftTelRG LLC), shared only when the business or pro opts in.
