Delete your EventHubQ account
You can delete your account yourself at any time, on the website or in the EventHubQ app.
How to delete it
- Sign in at eventhubq.com or in the EventHubQ app.
- Open Account and choose Delete my account. You see exactly what will be deleted and what will be handed over before anything happens.
- Confirm from the email we send to your sign-in address. The deletion runs straight away.
Can't sign in? Email support@softtelrg.com from the address on the account and we'll delete it for you.
What is deleted
- Your profile, sign-in links, preferences, private calendar feed and the phones registered for notifications.
- Workspaces only you own, and every event in them, with their guest lists, replies, photos and files.
- Your membership of other people's workspaces and events.
What is kept
- An event you share with a co-host stays with them (you are removed from it), so their guests aren't left without a host.
- Records other people rely on, such as a vendor's record of an order you placed, keep only what happened and when, without your phone or address.
- Billing records that the law requires us to keep are held by our payment processor (Stripe) for as long as the law requires.
