Who it's for: Faith groups and community organizations (masjids, churches, temples, synagogues, community centers and the councils and networks that serve them) in the USA and EU, and Democratic and Republican party organizations in the USA, that received this offer from SoftTelRG by email.

What's included

  • 3 months of free access to EventHubQ (event hosting, digital invitations, RSVP tracking and guest check-in) and PinchHitterPool (volunteer opportunities, availability, shifts and reminders).
  • 1,000 email credits for each individual organization (for example, each masjid or community center in a network).
  • For organizations in the USA: also 1,000 SMS (text message) credits for each individual organization, for texts to US phone numbers.
  • More credits during those 3 months on request, at SoftTelRG's discretion.

Terms

  • To take part, an organization asks by October 31, 2026 (end of day, US Central) by replying to the offer email or writing to support@softtelrg.com from its official email address, with its name, location, contact email and whether it wants the standard setup or more credits.
  • The 3 months of free access start on the day SoftTelRG sets up that organization's access. Organizations that ask by October 31, 2026 receive the full 3 months even when they end after that date.
  • No payment details are needed and nothing is charged automatically when the 3 months end. Afterwards the account continues on the Free plan unless the organization chooses a paid plan.
  • Email credits are for messages the organization sends to its own members, volunteers and guests who agreed to hear from it. The organization is responsible for that consent, including under the GDPR for recipients in the EU.
  • Emails send through EventHubQ's normal pacing, so a large list may take more than one day to send. Every text ends “Reply STOP to end all EventHubQ texts”.
  • Unused credits do not carry over after the 3 months.
  • If the offer email an organization received describes this offer differently, the terms in that email apply to that organization.
  • Use of EventHubQ and PinchHitterPool is subject to their Terms and Acceptable Use Policy. SoftTelRG may end access early for misuse.
