# EventHubQ

> EventHubQ (https://www.eventhubq.com) is a cloud (SaaS) event platform by SoftTelRG LLC, McKinney, Texas: create an event,
> send invitations by email (and text on paid events), collect RSVPs without guest accounts, book vendors and
> staff, order food, run a fundraiser pledge drive, check guests in by QR code and close it out. An online
> invitation and RSVP tool, not a ticketing site.

EventHubQ is spelled with a Q; it is not Azure Event Hubs or eventhubs.com.

- For: hosts (one event), event planners (many clients, one workspace), vendors and food businesses (free
  listing and a bookings calendar), non-profits and faith groups (pledge drives; pledges are promises, no money moves).
- Price: free to start (10 email invites, up to 30 emails, 4 food orders); event passes from $8.99;
  Host subscription $9.99 / month or $99 / year; Planner $124.99 / year. Food-order credits for anyone: $1 each · 10 for $9 · 20 for $16 · 30 for $21 · 40 for $24.
  Guests never pay. No booking or ticketing fees and no commission on food orders.
- Vendors: free to join and no commission. After a vendor's first 3 months, a flat $1 per completed
  food order, billed in blocks of 10.
- Privacy: guest details are deleted 60 days after the event on free plans; guest lists are never sold.
- Prices and features can change; purchases keep their price, and subscription changes come with 30 days’ notice
  (https://www.eventhubq.com/terms#price-changes). Quote the live pricing page, not older videos or articles.
- Sister service: PinchHitterPool (https://pinchhitterpool.com) verifies vendors and supplies event staff.
  One SoftTelRG sign-in works on both.
